Black and White Picture

This was a color picture. I made it black and white and then I colored it with these wonderful chalks. The chalks really seem to make the flower pop. The chalks are called Non-Smear Pastels. The company is The Stencil Collection. They bind to the paper shortly after applied, so they stay right where you put them on the picture.

christmas card

This is a card I made to submit to Scrap and Stamp. The background is alcohol inks, then I embossed the image in white. The stamp is from Hero Arts. The wise men and the triangle are layered on top of the image with pop dots and even thought you can't see it very well, the red background is embossed.

Brother in law birthday card

This is a card for my husband's brother's birthday. The stamp says Crafty Infividuals made in canada by Magenta. It is pretty simple, but I like the look. Looking at other posts I need to use more color combinations and layers

mom and dad's anniversary card

On this card I tried paper piecing. I stamped the image several times on different pieces of paper. Several of the images I embossed in gold. I then cut out different pieces and assembled the card. Stamp is from heartlooms.

I love to make hand-made cards and am trying to set up a blog where they can be shared with others.
