Card Swaps

The Rose was colored with copic marker. The stamp is from Rubbernecker. The next card was supposed to be purple, green and orange. The stamps are from Stampin' up. The white leaves were embossed with clear when the card was white. Colorbox stylus was used to add color to white card stock. The corner punch was EK Success. The technique for the card came from the July 2009 of Scrap and Stamp.

Going away card

This is a card I made for a girl that is quitting at work. I stamped the image in white and then chalked it. The stamps are by stamp'n up. I have joined several Yahoo groups and will be posting some of those cards shortly.

sympathy card

Finally got a card done to post. In the background of this card is a new thing I learned from Technique Junkie. You chalk he background and then lay a ruler down and erase the lines. I've also learned that the scanner does a pretty good job of scanning as opposed to the camera.

Casey's Anniversary Card

This is a card for Casey's anniversary. I can't believe she has been married a year. I am really trying to get out of a rut. I tried using the embossing board for some texture on the side. I also tried the smoosh technique. Fibers also add texture.
