MMSC55

This is my card for the the Midnight Madness Challenge. I needed a card for a swap that centered on tea or coffee. I love this little tea cup. I colored it with copic markers. The stamp is from Stampendous. I used the Cathy Allen Stamp Positioner. I stamped it in black, colored it and the stamped with Versamark and embossed it. I love this Stamp Positioner

Critter Challenge #15 and Scrap it with song Week 6

I am making this card for a guy at work that is going to get a new puppy on the week end. The sketch for the card came from Critter Challenge #15. The other Challenge is from Scrap it with Song. The challenge here was to use the song from Guns and Roses Sweet Child of Mine to inspire you. This is a little far fetched, but this guy and his wife don't have children and they have one dog and are replacing a recently lost dog with a puppy. I put on the card Mine OH Mine. The dog stamp is from Rubbernecker

Critter Sketch #14 and ODBDSLC13

The sketch for this card came from Critter Sketch Challenge Blog. The flower stamp is from Our Daily Bread and the challenge there was to use flowers. I love this stamp and the detail. It is colored with copic markers. A little glitter was added in the flowers with stickles. The glitter down the side was done with Double sided tape from PK glitz and then glitter was added.
I almost forgot the sentiment stamp is from JustRite

Memphis in May

Spent the weekend in Memphis Tennessee at the Memphis in May National BBQ Contest. Boy did we eat some good food. This is my brother-in-laws entry for shrimp

MMSC54

This is my card for the Midnight Madness Sketch Challenge. The butterfly stamp in an old one from Stampin' Up. The embossed border is from Cuttlebug.

I feel like a slacker for the last couple of weeks. Just couldn't get motivated. My craft room is a mess and nothing appeared to be right. There are just too many piles in my room. Tomorrow is a create and straighten day hopefully. I also need to get a frame for the beautiful "Princess" certificate for being a loyal follower of Midnight Madness.

MMSC53

This is my card this week for the Midnight Madness Challenge. Sorry it doesn't go with the party theme, but I try to multitask and I needed a sympathy card. The last creaft show I went to I bought a Viva Pearl Pen. I love adding the pearl touch wherever I want.

Card Patterns Sketch 63

This is the card I made from the sketch at Card Patterns. We are going to Memphis this week end for Memphis in May which is a BBQ competition. My brother-in-law in on a team. We get to go and test the food on Thursday and Friday and I sort of wanted a thank you card. I don't use stickers very often, but they came in handy here. The name of the team is the Righteous Ribbers because it is a bunch of guys from their church

Critter Challenge

This is my entry for the Critter Challenge this week. I lost track of what number it was and didn't see that on the blog. The ovals I made in the background are in the current Technique Junkies newsletter and is called Gitzy lace. You run your paper through a Xyron, apply lace to the sticky side, add darker glitter to the project, remove the lace and add lighter glitter. It makes a really nice background , but now my work area is glittered. The sentiment is from JustRite.

I thought I had the picture issue solved and am still struggling some. It seem greens sort of throw me a curve.

Sorry there are not many posts this week. Just can't seem to get motivated. Nothing seems right.

MMSC52

This is my card for the Midnight Madness Sketch Challenge. The flower stamp is from All Night Media and was colored with copic markers. I then painted crystal effects on the flower to make it shiny. The wording background is from Sandi Miller Original Art Stamps. I sponged color on the tag around the clear embossed image which is the same flower that was stamped at the bottom.
