Make it Monday #60

I needed a card for a girl I work with that just lost her father.  The techniques for this card came from Technique Junkies.  One is called Vellum Sentiment and the other is called Framed Nestie.  The tittles of both techniques sort of explain themselves.  So here is my Make it Monday card.
