Make it Monday #62

My project this week for Make it Monday is wine bottle topper.  I saw a similar project on a blog last week and now I can't stop making them. This would be perfect when you take a bottle of wine to  a friend's house over the holiday. The background is made from a technique from Technique Junkies called collage circles.
